Basically, there is a waste collection every six months, this is the time when people are cleaning up their homes, looking for massive pieces of objects that they do not want anymore, for example, cupboards, and left it outside their houses.
So when it is left outside, it means its your rubbish already, if people who are interested in your 'rubbish', they can just simply take it and go home. Well, only if those things are useful for them..
So few days after when no one's getting the things, and when the waste collectors came, they would clear everything off.

Not all of the electronic devices work (apparently), but when you see some of the cupboards or bed cushions and stuff, you can reuse it anyway. Frankly, i didn't take any of those stuff :pWas just hoping someone to 'accidentally' leave his/her PS3 outside..

anyways, waste collection is a good idea. I hope they will do it in Malaysia too ,so tat i can hoping someone drop his/her ps3 too!
